5% - 9% of collected rent or negotiable
based on number of units, location and

Apartments 25 -99 units: |
4% - 7% of collected rent based on number of
units, location and condition. |

Apartments 100+ units: |
2.5% - 4.5 % of collected rent based on number of
units, location and condition. |

Commercial or Industrial: |
3.8% -
5% of collected rent amount. |
