the rental application. Please read the
following guidelines before starting the
process:

All occupants 18 years of
age and older must be listed on the lease
agreement.
Step 1:
Submit up to 2 adults per online
application.
Step 2:
Pay application processing fee online via PayPal,
our secure payments service provider. Application processing
fee is $30.00 for a single applicant,
$50.00 for two applicants.
Applications
submitted without payment WILL NOT be
considered.
The
application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
