As community
managers, Stamar Management Corp, becomes the “first”. We
are first to propose budgets, first to suggest necessary
repairs, first to manage projects, first to collect all
fees, and first to resolve conflicts. We do the work, and
present weekly updates to the Board. As good managers, we
feel that we must visit your community weekly; perhaps daily
if large projects arise.
Our goal is to
develop high quality relationships with all Homeowners and, of course, the Board; we pride ourselves in the
relationships that we have developed over the years. With
that said, driving through your community is only doing half
the work; we walk through and treat your areas as if they
were our own. We play an active role in helping you maintain
the upkeep of your neighborhood. Easily said, if there is
any litter, we will pick it up.
At Stamar
Management Corp, we always act in the best interest of the
association and the neighbors. We never forget that we
represent the Board in everything we do, and we maintain the
highest standard for customer service. We strive for two
things, one is to constantly keep your neighbors happy with
the community they live in and the other is to sustain the
excellence of the neighborhood.
We act as a
liaison for all the neighbors; we are here to resolve
conflicts, collect monies owed, send any notifications,
handle all trash removal, lawn care, and perform any
necessary repairs. We become the first ones you turn to and
continue to keep your neighborhood the very best it could
