Mark Railey serves as Vice President of Stamar Management Corp ("SMC") and is
the primary contact for SMC's real estate INVESTOR & MANAGEMENT services. His
expertise lies in acquiring, managing, renovating and maximizing the operating
potential of residential and commercial projects throughout the Dallas/Fort
Worth, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona markets. Mark has been involved in and
financed US based land purchases, condominium developments, multi-housing
re-developments, retail developments as well as Mexico based hotel & resort
developments and land acquisitions. Mark has current experience in salvaging
underperforming apartment communities by increasing
occupancy and rental rates.
Mark entered the Real Estate
industry in 1990 and holds a Real Estate Broker license.
Mark's extensive property management knowledge is enhanced by a broad range of
experience, including overall asset underwriting, capital
structuring, financing for development projects as well as asset dispositions
and refinancing. In 1989, Mark obtained his Paralegal Certification,
which makes him acutely aware of the various legal issues involved in
property management & real
estate acquisitions.
Prior to joining SMC, Mark served as President/CEO of
Earth Financial, LLC (1999-2006), a national mortgage company, and it's subsidiary Premier Capital Funding,
a property acquisition, rehab, and management
firm.

Candace McDonald

Candace has
been engaged in the Property Management business since 1991 and is in the
process of obtaining her Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in
Project Management. Candace oversees and coordinates all property management and
maintenance activities associated with large, multiple-unit complexes. Her
proven track record in working with apartment communities and condominiums
has earned her the respect of owners, property managers, management firms,
vendors, and residents alike.
Prior to
entering the Property Management field, Candace served in the United States
Military, and brings with her the same sense of commitment, team building, and
dedication to the organizations she represents, and instills the same values in
her team.

Kathy Farland

Kathy Farland has 20+ years of experience in
real estate accounting. Her real estate accounting career started
young in the family
multi-family rental property
business. Currently, Kathy is highly experienced in all facets of
real estate accounting,
including, but not limited to, apartments, commercial/retail properties,
and Homeowner's Associations. Kathy has owned rental properties herself, and understands the challenges of being a
landlord/owner.
Kathy
earned her bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University in
Finance/Accounting, and is currently pursuing her MBA. In her spare
time, she volunteers as a GED tutor, and tries to squeeze in some time
to spend with her husband and dog "Takoda".
